OptoSonic Tea May Day
Saturday May 1st, from noon to 11pm NYC time, Harvestworks will participate in the OptoSonic MayDay Marathon, a collaboration between OptoSonic Tea and NowNet Arts with Experimental Intermedia, XFest and Kunsthaus Langenthal. This 11 hour non-stop virtual event will feature audio-visual performances put together by: NowNet Lab Ensemble (NYC), OptoSonic Tea (NYC and Langenthal, Switzerland), PataLab (Berlin, Bogotá, Cologne), APO33 (Nantes, France), Harvestworks (NYC), XFest (Lowell, MA), Sonic Gatherings (NYC), Grace Exhibition Space (NYC), Vampÿrates & Clockface Orange @ Synesthesia (NYC). The Harvestworks Art and Technology Program continues in 2021 in Building 10a, Nolan Park. This year’s exciting program will begin with artists Dafna and Ayala Naphtali, Jakob Dwight, Valérie Hallier, Charlotte Mundy, Andrew Dimerjian and Joseph Morris in an exhibition that is open from May 8th – August 8th. Other activities are scheduled through October 31, 2021.
